About usWestoceanic Services is an oilfield and industrial services group operating from Mumbai and Sharjah, with over a decade in offshore manpower and technical services across India and the Gulf. We are now expanding into long-term maintenance, O&M and industrial services contracting across the GCC, and this role leads that commercial effort.The roleThis is not a tender-response role. We need someone who opens doors, builds senior-level relationships and creates opportunities before they reach the formal tender stage. You will own the pipeline end to end — identifying prospects, positioning us early with decision-makers, and converting that access into multi-year contracts.Sectors coveredOil & GasPetrochemicalEnergy & PowerIndustrialRenewable EnergyMechanical & Plant MaintenanceShutdown & TurnaroundIndustrial ServicesKey responsibilitiesDevelop and secure multi-year maintenance, O&M and industrial services contracts across the GCCBuild and maintain senior relationships with asset owners, operators, EPCs, PMCs and consultantsIdentify and shape opportunities ahead of tender release; influence scope and prequalification criteria where possibleDrive vendor registration and prequalification with target clientsLead commercial negotiations through to contract award, working with operations and estimation on pricing and deliveryTrack market activity, CAPEX and turnaround schedules, and competitor positioning across the regionMaintain an accurate pipeline and report progress against targetsRequirements10+ years of business development or sales experience in maintenance, O&M or industrial servicesAn established network across the Middle East, with direct access to senior decision-makersProven record of securing sizeable O&M, maintenance or industrial services contractsExperience across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait or Bahrain — Saudi market experience especially valuableStrong commercial and contractual understanding; able to work across technical and procurement stakeholdersDegree in Engineering, Business or a related fieldValid UAE driving licence; willing to travel regularly across the GCCWhat we offerCompetitive salary plus performance-linked incentive on contracts wonVisa, medical insurance, annual leave as per UAE labour lawThe autonomy to build a business line rather than inherit one
