we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Creation House team. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and other channels.Prospect and reach out to potential clients to introduce the company's services.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations.Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.Negotiate commercial terms and support the successful conversion of opportunities.Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets.Represent Creation House at relevant meetings, networking events, and industry activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related role.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.Strong follow-up and organizational skills.Good understanding of the Dubai/UAE business market.Experience in creative services, marketing, events, media, advertising, or B2B services is an advantage.Exhibitions experience is a plus.Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
