Business Development Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development role based in Farwaniya, Kuwait. The Business Development professional will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial customers, and support revenue growth across the company's logistics and transportation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research and analysis, preparing business proposals, coordinating with operations and sales teams to design customized solutions, and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. The role also involves monitoring account performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize pricing, service offerings, and customer experience is essential.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Business and Business Planning skills, including market analysis, opportunity evaluation, and revenue growth planning.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess trends, and support decision-making and performance improvement.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and clear collaboration with customers and internal teams.Candidates should possess proven Customer Service capabilities, focusing on relationship management, responsiveness, and problem resolution.Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management within logistics, transportation, or related industries is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong reporting and documentation skills.Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
