We manage residential properties for owners on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, handling compliance, listing, guest operations, and revenue optimization.THE ROLEWe're hiring a Business Development Executive to drive property acquisition and owner growth.**Key Responsibilities:**

• ️ Develop and execute business development plans that drive revenue growth
• ️ Generate high-quality leads through your own network and outreach
• ️ Build strong relationships with property owners, agents, and key stakeholders
• ️ Sign new properties under HOSTXPERT's management and onboard owners
• ️ Manage and grow existing owner accounts to maximize their revenue
