We are built in the UAE by Arab engineers and language specialists.The roleWe're hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive in Dubai. You will open doors and build relationships with banks, government entities and large enterprises, and bring EchoNova's voice AI into their operations.What you'll do- Identify and qualify opportunities in target sectors across the UAE and GCC- Run first meetings and live demos with senior decision makers- Prepare proposals and support commercial negotiations- Work closely with our product and technical teams to match client needs to what we deliver- Track the pipeline and report on progress, market trends and client feedbackWhat we're looking for- Fluent Arabic and English- Proven B2B business development experience, ideally in technology, AI, SaaS or telecom in the GCC- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and handling objections- Strong organisation: you manage several opportunities at once and meet targets- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent experienceTo apply, send your CV to info@echonova.ai.
