Business Development Executive – DubaiCompany: BM EventsLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: AED 4,000 per monthAbout BM EventsBM Events provides professional event and hospitality staffing solutions across the UAE, KSA and Qatar, including hostesses, waiters, chefs, bartenders, ushers, promoters, cleaners, supervisors and other event staff.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new B2B clients in Dubai and across the UAE.Target event organizers, event agencies, hotels, venues, exhibitions, corporate companies and brands.Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking and market research.Identify upcoming events and staffing opportunities.Contact decision-makers and arrange client meetings.Present BM Events' staffing solutions and prepare proposals/quotations.Negotiate and close new business deals.Build and maintain long-term client relationships.Maintain sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.Requirements2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Acquisition.Experience in event staffing, event management, hospitality, exhibitions or related industries is preferred.Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market.Existing UAE industry contacts/network will be an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.Experience with LinkedIn, cold calling and B2B lead generation.Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.UAE driving license is preferred.What We Are Looking ForSomeone who can independently find prospects, generate meetings, build relationships and close deals—not someone who relies only on incoming leads.Apply now with your updated CV and join BM Events.
