Key Responsibilities1. Website Sales Planning & ExecutionDevelop monthly and quarterly business plans for the Website channel to achieve revenue targets.Monitor business performance, analyze data, and propose improvement initiatives to optimize sales performance.2. Sales Performance OptimizationCollaborate with Marketing, Media, Data, Product, Tech, and other cross-functional teams to improve key metrics, including Conversion Rate (CR), Average Order Value (AOV), Revenue per Session, and customer retention.Track website performance and recommend data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes.3. Promotional Campaign ManagementPlan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and e-commerce sales initiatives.Manage promotional budgets to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).4. Customer Experience OptimizationPropose UI/UX improvements to enhance the customer journey and increase conversion rates.Gather customer feedback and work closely with the Tech team to continuously improve the website experience.5. Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with the Marketing team to develop communication plans that support business objectives.Collaborate with the Data team to monitor campaign performance and analyze customer behavior.Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end shopping experience.II. Job Requirements1. ExperienceExperience in E-commerce, Website Business Development, Digital Commerce, or other related roles.Candidates with experience in the Fashion, FMCG, or Retail industries are highly preferred.2. EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.3. Technical SkillsGood understanding of E-commerce website operations and key business metrics such as Conversion Rate (CR), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Average Order Value (AOV), and Revenue per Session.Experience in business planning, performance tracking, and data analysis.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or other analytics platforms is a plus.4. Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.5.
