Business Development Executive - Fit Out

Job OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing interior fit-out team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with key industry stakeholders (contractors, interior consultants, project managers, and clients), and driving revenue growth for turnkey corporate, commercial, and residential fit-out projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Networking: Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across corporate, retail, commercial, and residential interior fit-out sectors in the UAE.Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with interior designers, architects, main contractors, project management consultants, and real estate developers.Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings, pitch project proposals, and present company capabilities to prospective high-value clients.Tendering & Proposals: Coordinate closely with the estimation and design teams to review BOQs (Bill of Quantities), project drawings, scope of work, and ensure timely submission of competitive commercial proposals.Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on contract terms, pricing, and project deliverables to close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins.Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking leads from initial outreach through to project award and post-handover client retention.Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, upcoming development projects, competitor activity, and sector demand across the region.Key Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 2 to 5 years of proven sales or business development experience within the Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, or Construction Contracting sector in the UAE.Technical Understanding: Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, layout plans, and BOQs for turnkey interior solutions.Network: Strong existing network of contacts among main contractors, consultants, architects, and corporate clients in the region.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License is required.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + attractive commission structure based on project targets.Visa, UAE medical insurance, and end-of-service benefits as per UAE Labor Law.Opportunities for career progression in a fast-growing company.
