Job Description – Business Development ExecutivePosition: Business Development Executive – Freight ForwardingLocation: Dubai, UAE and JEBEL ALIExperience: 2–4 YearsJoining: Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our freight forwarding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry, with strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.Generate leads and convert prospects into new customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Promote and sell freight forwarding services, including air freight, sea freight, road freight, and related logistics solutions.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales visits.Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.Follow up on leads, quotations, and business opportunities.Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and business opportunities.Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.Requirements2–4 years of sales/business development experience in freight forwarding or logistics is mandatory.Strong proven track record in freight forwarding sales.Good knowledge of freight forwarding services and the UAE logistics market.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong customer relationship management and business development abilities.Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.Ability to generate new leads and independently develop business.Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE are preferred.Key SkillsFreight Forwarding Sales | Business Development | Lead Generation | Client Acquisition | Customer Relationship Management | Negotiation | Sales Target Achievement | Logistics
