Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout Al ReemAl Reem Documents Clearing Services is a Dubai-based PRO and business support company providing end-to-end assistance with government and corporate documentation.Our services include visa processing, Golden Visa assistance, labour and MOHRE services, trade licence issuance and renewal, business setup, establishment cards, document attestation, legal translation, and ongoing corporate PRO support.We are expanding our client base and are looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can bring new business to Al Reem.The RoleYour main responsibility will be to identify, approach, and convert new clients requiring PRO, government documentation, and business support services.You will focus on building relationships with companies, entrepreneurs, investors, HR departments, business owners, and individuals across Dubai and the UAE.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and actively approach potential clientsDevelop new corporate accounts and long-term business relationshipsPromote Al Reem’s PRO, visa, licensing, labour, and business support servicesContact business owners, HR departments, managers, entrepreneurs, and investorsUnderstand client requirements and recommend the appropriate servicesFollow up with prospective clients until conversionMaintain relationships with existing clients and identify repeat business opportunitiesCoordinate with our operations team once a client is confirmedWork toward agreed monthly sales and client acquisition targetsIdeal CandidatePrevious sales or business development experience in the UAEExperience in PRO services, business setup, document clearing, corporate services, immigration, or government services is highly preferredStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable with cold calling, networking, WhatsApp outreach, and face-to-face meetingsExisting business network in the UAE is a strong advantageSelf-motivated and capable of independently generating leadsEnglish required; Arabic is an advantageCompensationThis role offers a performance-driven commission structure with uncapped earning potential.Commission will be paid on successfully converted business, with additional earning opportunities for recurring corporate accounts and high-value clients.The exact commission structure will be discussed during the interview.
