Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleLAKS PARTNERS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive based in UAE to support our business growth and client acquisition activities in the UAE.The role will focus on outbound prospecting, lead generation, client engagement and follow-ups across our Audit, Tax, Accounting, Finance Outsourcing and Advisory services.Key Responsibilities- Conduct B2B cold calling and email outreach to prospective clients- Identify and engage businesses and key decision-makers- Generate and qualify new business opportunities- Conduct professional outreach through LinkedIn and other business channels- Schedule meetings with qualified prospective clients- Follow up consistently on leads, proposals and opportunities- Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline records- Support outbound campaigns and business development administration- Coordinate with management on opportunities and client conversionCandidate Profile- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation or business development- Excellent spoken and written English- Confident in cold calling and professional client communication- Strong communication, research and follow-up skills- Experience with UAE/GCC markets is an advantage- Experience in accounting, financial services, outsourcing or other professional services is preferred- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently- Results-driven and focused on generating qualified business opportunitiesCompensationFixed Salary: Competitive and based on experiencePerformance Incentive: Attractive commission linked to successfully generated and converted businessThe compensation structure provides strong additional earning potential based on performance and successful client acquisition.How to ApplyApply through LinkedIn Easy Apply with your updated CV.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stage.
