Role Description The Owner role at AI Marketing Ventures is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery of marketing and content services. Daily responsibilities include setting service priorities, supervising project execution across AI marketing, SEO, social media, and content creation, and coordinating with team members or partners. The role also involves managing business operations, monitoring financial performance, and identifying new growth opportunities. The Owner will represent the company in client meetings, foster collaborations, and continuously refine service offerings to align with market trends.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in digital marketing management, including SEO, social media marketing, and online brand growth.Strong skills in content strategy and execution, such as blogging, guest posting, and copywriting for web and social platforms.Ability to leverage AI-powered marketing tools and data analytics to optimize campaigns and measure performance.Proficiency in visual content creation using tools like Canva or similar design platforms.Experience in business ownership or leadership, including planning, budgeting, and operational oversight.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Proven capacity to work on-site, lead small teams or freelancers, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.Familiarity with current digital trends, AI technologies in marketing, and best practices for online customer acquisition.
