Team members collaborate across international locations, contributing to high-quality, tailored products for clients throughout the region.Role Description The Business Development Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves supporting business development activities by conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and assisting with lead generation initiatives. The intern will help prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials, and maintain customer information in CRM or related systems. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and customer service teams, following up on inquiries, and contributing to the improvement of business development processes. The intern will also support reporting and analysis of business performance metrics and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and, when appropriate, with clients.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities and an interest in sales and business development.Candidates should possess Market Research skills and the ability to gather and synthesize industry information.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships.Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools or databases is beneficial.Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and manage time and priorities effectively.Interest in industrial products or the valve manufacturing sector is an advantage.
