Department: Finance & Project AdvisoryQualification: MBA / PGDM – FinanceExperience: Fresher / MBA Finance StudentAbout SubsidyNexus Advisory ServicesSubsidyNexus Advisory Services is a specialized business, project, and financial advisory firm assisting enterprises in accessing Central and State Government subsidies, grants, financial incentives, and industrial support schemes across India.We work with MSMEs, Startups, FPOs, Agro & Food Processing Enterprises, Dairy & Livestock Projects, Manufacturing Units, and Emerging Industries, providing end-to-end support in project planning, financial analysis, DPR preparation, subsidy advisory, bank coordination, government documentation, and implementation support.Role OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Finance & Project Advisory Intern who is interested in gaining practical experience in Project Finance, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, DPR Preparation, Project Appraisal, MSME Finance, and Government Subsidy Advisory.The selected candidate will work closely with senior consultants on live client assignments and assist in evaluating the financial, commercial, and subsidy feasibility of new and existing business projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), Business Plans, and Project Feasibility Reports.Prepare Project Cost and Means of Finance structures for proposed investments.Develop and analyze Revenue, Operating Cost, Profitability, and Cash Flow Projections.Assist in preparing Projected Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.Calculate and interpret key financial indicators including DSCR, IRR, ROI, Break-Even Point, Payback Period, and Working Capital Requirements.Conduct preliminary financial and commercial feasibility assessments for client projects.Analyze financial statements, project quotations, capital expenditure, loan requirements, and other financial information.Research applicable Central and State Government Subsidy Schemes, Industrial Policies, Credit-Linked Schemes, and Financial Incentives.Assist in evaluating scheme eligibility and potential subsidy/incentive benefits for projects.Conduct industry, sector, competitor, and market research to support project reports.Assist in preparing financial proposals, presentations, project summaries, and supporting documentation for clients, banks, financial institutions, and government authorities.Maintain accurate project information, financial data, application status, and client records using Excel, CRM, and internal tracking systems.Coordinate with clients and internal teams for collection of required project and financial documentation.Support senior consultants in Project Appraisal, Bank Finance, Subsidy Advisory, and Project Implementation assignments.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should:Be currently pursuing or have recently completed an MBA / PGDM with specialization in Finance.Have a good understanding of Financial Accounting, Financial Statements, Ratio Analysis, Cash Flow, Working Capital, Capital Budgeting, and Financial Projections.Have a strong interest in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Modeling, MSME Finance, and Business Advisory.Possess strong analytical, numerical, research, and problem-solving skills.Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Have the ability to understand financial information and convert it into structured reports and presentations.Possess good written and verbal communication skills.Be willing to learn about Government Subsidy Schemes, Industrial Policies, Bank Finance, and Project Appraisal.Be detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple assignments within timelines.Be comfortable working in a professional, process-driven consulting environment.Be available to work on-site in Latur, Maharashtra.SubsidyNexus Advisory ServicesProfessional Advisory | Financial Insights | Business Growth Opportunities
