Business Development Intern – Investment Banking & Wealth Management

Location: Dubai preferred; other ARC locations may be consideredARC Group is looking for a Business Development Intern to support its Investment Banking and Wealth Management team in the UAE.This role is suitable for students or recent graduates interested in investment banking wealth management, financial markets, and business development.The intern will support the team with client materials, market research, business development activities, internal coordination, and daily team tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct company, industry, market, investor, and prospect research.Support business development, origination, and client coverage activities.Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and internal briefing materials.Build and maintain prospect lists and business development pipelines.Support meeting preparation, follow-ups, CRM updates, and internal coordination.Work with senior bankers and Relationship Managers across Investment Banking and Wealth Management.RequirementsStudent or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.Strong interest in investment banking, wealth management, and business development.Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, wealth advisory, financial planning, private banking, insurance-linked advisory, brokerage, external asset manager (EAM), multi-family office, or other client-facing financial services platforms is an advantage.Good research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Proactive, organized, commercially minded, and detail-oriented.Fluent English required; Arabic, Mandarin, or other languages are a plus.What We OfferExposure to Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and business development.Opportunity to work directly with experienced bankers and Relationship Managers.Insight into HNW/UHNW client coverage and investment solutions.International and entrepreneurial working environment.Direct exposure to ARC Group’s broader financial services platform.Potential opportunity for longer-term employment depending on performance and business needsHow to ApplyApply via LinkedIn or send your CV to careerSH@arc-group.com with the subject line: Business Development Intern – IB & WM – [Your Name]Applications are reviewed by ARC Group HR.
