We're hiring: Business Development Manager – IT OutsourcingWe're an AI-focused software development agency helping companies across the Gulf, US, and UK scale their engineering teams — high-quality, cost-effective outsourced dev talent, without the overhead of building in-house from scratch.We're looking for someone who already knows this world — not someone starting from zero. If you've sold IT outsourcing, staff augmentation, or offshore/nearshore dev services before, and you've got real relationships with CTOs, founders, or VPs of Engineering — this is for you.What you'll own: 🔹 The full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiation, close 🔹 Consultative selling — understanding engineering pain points (cost, speed, scalability, talent gaps) and positioning us as the answer 🔹 Territory strategy across the Gulf, US, and/or UK — wherever your strongest relationships are 🔹 Representing us at industry events and client meetings 🔹 Close collaboration with our delivery team for smooth client handoffWhat we're looking for: ✅ 5+ years in B2B sales, specifically in IT outsourcing / staff augmentation / offshore dev services / IT staffing or BPO ✅ An existing network of warm relationships — you can speak to real deals and clients you've worked with ✅ Comfortable in semi-technical conversations, translating business needs into what a dev team can deliver ✅ A track record of closing mid-to-large consultative service deals ✅ Self-starter energy — you don't need hand-holding ✅ Based in or strongly connected to the Gulf, US, or UK
