Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience in the architecture or construction industry.At least 2 years of management experience.Upper-Intermediate level of English.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Good computer skills.Knowledge of architectural design services, especially commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects, is an advantage.Experience working with Japanese companies or clients is a plus.
