• Deeply engage in KSA beauty market, Priority given to candidates with local beauty merchant resources; clear performance incentives and growth opportunities aligned with regional business expansion.Job Responsibilities1）Merchant Resource Development & Maintenance: Proactively identify beauty brand owners and distributors in Saudi Arabia, build long-term cooperative relationships, and expand the regional cooperative merchant database.2）End-to-End Business Cooperation Execution: Independently manage requirement communication, proposal development, negotiation, contract signing, and coordinate with the operation teams to ensure the implementation of cooperation terms and achieve cooperation goals.3）Performance Achievement & Optimization: Undertake performance indicators such as the number of cooperative merchants and GMV, track data, analyze bottlenecks, and drive strategy optimization to meet targets.4）Market Information Feedback: Monitor local beauty consumption trends, competitor strategies, and policy changes, produce analysis reports to support the company’s strategy adjustment.Job Requirements1）Resources & Experience:
• Possess local beauty brand merchant resources in Saudi Arabia; candidates with established cooperative channels are preferred.
• Candidates with beauty category BD / operation experience on platforms like Niceone, Amazon, Noon, or Trendyol will be given priority for hiring.2）Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in English and Arabic (listening, speaking, reading, writing), capable of independent communication in English and Arabic as the working language.3）Competencies:
• Strong business negotiation and resource integration skills, able to work under performance pressure.
• Sharp insight into KSA beauty market trends and consumer needs.This role will focus exclusively on partnerships with international beauty brands and well-established local Saudi beauty brands.
