Turning first orders into reorders. Keeping the pipeline clean and the follow-up tight.The founders are hands-on, and you'll work directly with them. This is a build-the-market role, not a manage-the-market one.Responsibilities: Prospect and win new B2B accounts across cafés, gyms, venues, wellness, hotels, cafes, restaurants , offices, independents and premium trade.Attending events, public and tradeBuild a clear pipeline and chase it until prospects convert or give a clean no.Get product into the right hands and own the next action.Turn first orders into repeat orders.Own the B2B ordering pathway and make reordering effortless.Keep trackers, CRM notes, customer lists and open actions clean.Support the founders with sales admin, pricing notes and account coordination.Keep day-to-day sales ops moving — POs, order status, supply timing, customer follow-up.Coordinate with Ops, Finance and Marketing so customers get what they need.Chase things until they're done.Candidates should be:You're hungry, organised and obsessive about detail. You follow through. You're good with people and comfortable walking into a venue cold and starting a useful conversation. You understand margin, pricing and ROI.We are looking for experience in coffee, beverages, foodservice, hospitality supply, small FMCG, wellness or fitness, premium drinks, or route and distributor sales.Maybe you're a sales coordinator ready to step up, or a hospitality operator who's moved into commercial sales, we are looking for the right personality and energy here.$100k + super + commission + equityFor more details contact Nudge
