Business Development Manager – Chinese Nationality

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be a Chinese national with strong knowledge of the business market, excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, and a proven track record in business development and client acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.Identify and generate new business opportunities in Dubai and across the UAE.Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients, investors, companies, and business partners.Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities and market trends.Arrange and attend client meetings, business networking events, exhibitions, and conferences.Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial agreements.Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent client service and successful project delivery.Monitor competitors and provide market intelligence and business development recommendations to management.Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates.RequirementsChinese nationality is required.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Minimum 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar position.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality.Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in the sanitaryware, ceramic tiles, or building materials industry will be preferred.
