The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and sales within the interior design, architecture, fit-out, or construction industry.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and business proposals.Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.Maintain an updated CRM database and prepare sales and pipeline reports.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of business development experience in a design firm, interior fit-out, architecture, or construction company.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.Strong network within the UAE design and construction industry is an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
