Through its programs, the school works to strengthen intercultural bonds between Germany and Nigeria, creating opportunities for meaningful exchange and collaboration.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Jabi. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new partnerships, corporate clients, and institutional collaborations to expand the school’s reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies, conducting market research, and managing a pipeline of prospects. The role also involves preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and stakeholders. In addition, the Business Development Manager will work closely with academic and administrative teams to align growth initiatives with the school’s mission and ensure a consistent learner experience.Qualifications Strong skills in business development, partner management, and client relationship building.Experience with sales planning, lead generation, and pipeline management.Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and business reports.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.Previous experience in education services, language training, or international programs is beneficial.Interest in intercultural exchange; knowledge of German language or culture is an added asset.Ability to work on-site in Jabi and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
