The platform is designed to be easy, convenient, and hassle-free, making Qoodz an appealing solution for both diners and partner establishments seeking increased engagement and loyalty.Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding new restaurant and cafe partners to expand Qoodz’s network in Riyadh. This full-time hybrid role involves regular on-site meetings with potential and existing partners in Riyadh, combined with some work-from-home flexibility for planning, follow-ups, and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with partner establishments, negotiating partnership terms, and ensuring successful implementation of Qoodz’s offers and QR-based redemption process. The role also includes monitoring partner performance, gathering feedback, collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance partner engagement, and preparing regular sales and pipeline reports. The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to support strategic growth initiatives and ensure a positive experience for both partners and users.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within F&B, hospitality, or technology sectors.Strong skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence decision-makers in partner organizations.Solid communication and presentation skills in en_US, with the ability to explain app features, partnership models, and value propositions clearly.Competence in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management, including the use of CRM or similar tools for tracking prospects and partners.Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Riyadh, manage time effectively, and operate both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with capability to interpret partner performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with mobile applications, digital platforms, or loyalty programs is highly beneficial; prior experience in startup or fast-growing environments is a plus.
