Business Development Manager

This is it.The Advocate Group is working exclusively with Monster Energy to appoint a Business Development Manager for its Dubai hub, supporting the Business Manager team as they execute across the Middle East. This is a newly created role built for someone who loves turning plans into disciplined, on time delivery, from supply and forecasting through to reporting that actually gets used.What you'll be doing:Acting as the key enabler behind the Business Manager team, keeping supply, forecasting and internal processes running smoothlyOwning on time shipment and delivery across the region's commercial activitySupporting NPD execution, tracking regulatory requirements, timelines, finance and COGS as new products come to marketActing as business analyst for the team, turning consumer insight and sales data into clear, usable reportingBuilding and maintaining templates, routines and process discipline that keep the wider team organised and on trackPartnering closely with finance on GP, NSR and FX considerations that affect commercial decisionsWhat we're looking for:Around 5 years' experience in a commercial, business development or business analyst role, ideally within FMCG or beveragesA strong handle on financial fundamentals, comfortable talking GP, NSR and FXExperience with forecasting, supply chain coordination or NPD processesNaturally organised, with a genuine love of process, templates and getting the detail rightSharp analytical skills and the confidence to turn data into a story people act onIf you're the person who makes a fast moving team look effortless from the inside, Monster wants to meet you.Email: Nathan.collinson@advocate-group.co.ukWe look forward to receiving your application for this exciting new vacancy!The Advocate Group is a leading recruitment partner, based in the UK, to the FMCG and consumer product sectors.
