The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and managing high-value institutional relationships across banking, wealth management, private banking, family offices, asset management, and luxury real estate ecosystems. This opportunity is ideal for a mature and polished professional with strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth clientele.Key Responsibilities : -• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks, private banking divisions, wealth management firms, family offices, and investment advisory organizations.• Build structured referral and institutional collaboration frameworks.• Generate HNI/UHNI client opportunities through strategic partner ecosystems.• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support business growth and revenue generation.• Maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.• Represent the organization professionally in high-level meetings and strategic discussions.• Track partnership performance and commercial outcomes.• Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competition, and investment landscapes.Candidate Requirements : -• 9–12 years of experience within strategic partnerships, institutional sales, wealth management, or business development functions.• Strong exposure to banking, asset management, private banking, investment advisory, or luxury real estate ecosystems.• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.• Strong commercial acumen and consultative approach.• Arabic-speaking candidates will be preferred.• Prior Abu Dhabi / UAE market exposure is highly preferred.Educational Qualifications : -• MBA or Master’s Degree is mandatory.• Candidates with Finance, Wealth Management, or Investment-related backgrounds will be preferred.Preferred Candidate Profile -• Mature, polished, and professionally presented individual.• Strong executive presence and stable career history.• Relationship-driven and business-oriented mindset.• Ability to demonstrate successful partnership closures and revenue generation.
