Business Development Manager

Our client, a leading supplier of premium wood, veneer, and decorative surface solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding market presence across the architecture, interior design, fit-out, and furniture manufacturing sectors.The ideal candidate will have strong business development expertise, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record within the wood, veneer, interiors, or building materials industry, which will align successfully in the organization.About the RequirementsIdentify and develop new business opportunities across architects, interior designers, consultants, joinery companies, contractors, and furniture manufacturers.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive project specifications and sales growth.Promote premium wood and veneer products by providing technical guidance, product presentations, and solution-based recommendations.Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, project tracking, quotations, negotiations, contract closure, and account management.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to develop effective business development strategies and maximize market share.About YouBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum 5–8 years of business development or project sales experience within wood, veneer, joinery, interiors, furniture, fit-out, or building materials industries.Strong network of architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders within the UAE/GCC market.About the RecruiterContact: Grace Myrtle – Recruitment ConsultantJob Scams NoticeYour Safety and Data Security Matter to Us.Manpower Middle East is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
