Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager – Staffing Sales.Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales within the staffing, recruitment, or event manpower industry, with a strong ability to generate new business, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new clients requiring staffing and manpower solutions.Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event management companies, hospitality businesses, and other potential customers.Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, and market research.Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely manpower deployment.Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and client interactions in the CRM.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales within Staffing, Recruitment, Manpower Outsourcing, or Event Staffing.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.Strong understanding of temporary staffing, manpower outsourcing, or recruitment services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage.Preferred Industry ExperienceCandidates with experience from the following industries will be preferred:Event StaffingRecruitment & StaffingTemporary Manpower ServicesWorkforce OutsourcingFacility Management StaffingHospitality StaffingSkills RequiredBusiness DevelopmentB2B SalesClient AcquisitionAccount ManagementLead GenerationNegotiationProposal ManagementStaffing & Recruitment SalesCRM ManagementRelationship BuildingWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with attractive incentives.Career growth opportunities.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunity to work with leading clients across the UAE.
