Business Development Manager

· Exciting North Thames surgical sales role· Growing manufacturer with Italian heritage· 30 years established organisation· Surgical sales experience essential THE ROLE:An exciting opportunity for an experienced Surgical Sales professional to join a growing manufacturer and take ownership of the North Thames territory.You'll drive new business and develop existing NHS and private hospital accounts, selling a high-quality portfolio of sutures and haemostats. Working closely with surgeons, theatre managers and procurement teams, you'll play a key role in increasing market share across the territory. THE COMPANY: A well-established, growing manufacturer of competitively priced surgical products. With continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced theatre sales professional to develop key accounts and win new business.THE TERRITORY: North Thames inside M25 including Essex & Reading THE REQUIREMENTS:· 3+ years' surgical/theatre sales experience· Strong understanding of the theatre environment· Full UK driving licence (max 6 points) THE PACKAGE:Basic Salary: £45k-£65k DOEUncapped bonus (20%+)25 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany car or £600/month car allowanceDesired Skills and Experience· 3+ years' surgical/theatre sales experience· Strong understanding of the theatre environment· Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
