About ABS InternationalFounded in 1997, ABS International is an international architecture and engineering consultancy with offices in Chicago, Miami, Charlotte, Doha, and Riyadh.We provide integrated architecture and engineering design services, combining design excellence, technical expertise, and technology to deliver high-quality projects.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the growth of our Riyadh office and strengthen our presence in the Saudi market.The role will focus on identifying new opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and expanding the firm's portfolio across architecture, engineering design, and project management services.Key Responsibilities• Identify and pursue new business and project opportunities.• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, developers, semi-government and government entities, and key decision-makers• Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and strategic opportunities• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective projects• Coordinate with leadership and technical teams on proposals and client engagements• Represent ABS International in meetings, presentations, and industry events• Contribute to expanding the firm's presence and market share in Saudi ArabiaQualifications• Bachelor's degree; Engineering or Architecture background preferred• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in business development• Experience within architecture, engineering consultancy, project management, development, or construction• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market• Established relationships with clients, developers, government entities, and industry stakeholders are highly preferred• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills• Fluent in Arabic and English• Self-driven, professional, and results-oriented• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills• Willingness to travel when required
