Ltd. is a construction execution company with 25+ years of experience delivering projects across hospitality, healthcare, industrial, commercial, and premium residential sectors.As part of our next phase of growth, we are establishing a stronger presence in the Delhi NCR private-sector construction market.We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can take ownership of developing this market and building a strong pipeline of high-quality construction projects.The RoleThis is not a conventional sales position.The primary responsibility will be to build relationships, identify projects early, and create a sustainable project pipeline across Delhi NCR.You will work closely with the leadership team and play a key role in establishing Sleek Buildtech's presence among architects, developers, PMCs, consultants, and private clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, PMCs, consultants, interior designers, and corporate clients across Delhi NCR.Identify upcoming construction projects at the concept, design development, and pre-tender stages.Build and maintain a structured pipeline of qualified construction opportunities.Generate new business through relationship development, referrals, networking, and market intelligence.Arrange and lead introductory meetings with prospective clients, architects, and consultants.Understand project scope, estimated value, timelines, procurement strategy, and decision-making structure.Identify opportunities where Sleek Buildtech can be considered as the execution partner.Coordinate with the internal technical/commercial team for prequalification, proposals, BOQs, and tenders.Track opportunities from initial identification through proposal, negotiation, and award.Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and market updates to management.Develop an understanding of competitors, market trends, upcoming developments, and key decision-makers in NCR.Represent Sleek Buildtech professionally at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.What We Are Looking For5–10 years of relevant business development experience in construction, EPC, real estate, PMC, architecture/design, or related industries.Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR construction and real-estate ecosystem.Existing relationships with architects, developers, PMCs, or consultants will be a strong advantage.Demonstrated ability to generate and convert construction/project opportunities.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.Commercial understanding of construction projects, including project value, margins, timelines, and procurement processes.Ability to identify projects before they reach the tender stage.Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a market-building role.Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for meetings and project development.What Would Make You Stand OutWe would particularly value candidates who can demonstrate:An established professional network among Delhi NCR architects and developers.Experience bringing construction projects into their organisation.Knowledge of upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or industrial developments in NCR.The ability to open doors with senior decision-makers.A relationship-first approach rather than a transactional sales approach.What We OfferOpportunity to build a new market for a 25+ year construction company.Direct interaction with the leadership team.High degree of ownership and responsibility.Performance-linked incentives.Opportunity to build long-term relationships with leading architects, developers, and consultants.A role with significant potential to grow as Sleek Buildtech expands its NCR operations.Success in This RoleSuccess will not be measured simply by the number of calls or meetings.The key measures will be:Quality of relationships → Qualified opportunities → Project pipeline → Projects won → Profitable growthIf you believe you can help build Sleek Buildtech's presence in Delhi NCR, we would like to hear from you.Apply through LinkedIn with your updated profile/CV.
