Due to continued expansion, they are hiring a Melbourne-based Business Development Manager to lead new customer acquisition and strategic partnership development.Key Responsibilities:New Revenue Generation: Map out target verticals to uncover, qualify, and convert new mid-market opportunities.Strategic Partnerships: Identify and nurture referral and channel partners to create scalable new revenue streams.Consultative Pitching: Conduct deep discovery to understand client workflows, tailoring technical and commercial proposals that deliver real value.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and clean handovers.Your Experience:Proven success selling SaaS, technical, or complex financial/software solutions (3+ years experience).Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline from the ground up and close mid-market deals.Skilled at leading high-level negotiations with founders, CEOs, and technical heads.Why Join?
