Every engagement begins with understanding the message, audience and outcome before design is introduced.What you will be doingWe are looking for a mid-level Business Development Manager to grow Rekarda’s client base and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and the region.This is a consultative sales role. You will need to understand a client’s communication challenges, identify where Rekarda can add value and translate those needs into a clear scope, proposal and commercial opportunity.You will manage the sales process from prospecting and initial conversations through proposal development, negotiation and closing. The role is primarily remote, but you must be based in the UAE and available for occasional client and team meetings when required.Your responsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, referrals, networking and market research.Build relationships with decision-makers across enterprise, government and other high-value organisations.Manage inbound enquiries and qualify opportunities based on client needs, fit, timing and commercial potential.Lead discovery conversations to understand the client’s objectives, audience, challenges and presentation requirements.Clearly communicate Rekarda’s value and recommend solutions that align with each client’s needs.Deliver pitches, manage commercial discussions, negotiate terms and close new business.Maintain an accurate and organised sales pipeline in the CRM.Provide reliable forecasts and regular updates on opportunities, activity and performance.Meet agreed sales targets while maintaining Rekarda’s standards for professionalism and client experience.Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business, referrals and account-growth opportunities.Share market feedback and client insights that can help refine Rekarda’s services and commercial approach.What we’re looking forApproximately 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or a similar commercial role.Previous experience working within an agency environment is required.
