This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and driving sales growth across Diverseco’s weighing and automation solutions. Daily activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with internal technical and operations teams to develop tailored solutions, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Business Development Manager is expected to meet revenue targets, contribute to strategic planning, and represent Diverseco professionally at industry events and customer sites.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and account management, with the ability to grow and retain a customer base.Experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement, including confident presentation and negotiation abilities.Familiarity with industrial equipment, weighing systems, automation, or related technical solutions, and the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with clients.Strong analytical and planning skills, including market research, opportunity assessment, and sales pipeline management.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear proposals, reports, and sales documentation.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.Relevant experience in B2B sales within manufacturing, logistics, industrial, or technology sectors is highly regarded.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.Formal qualifications in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field are advantageous.
