About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive business growth through new opportunities, strategic partnerships, and strong B2B client relationships within the FinTech sector.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities with merchants and financing partners.Build and manage strategic partnerships with financing companies.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Develop commercial proposals and partnership models.Coordinate KYC/KYB pre-checks with Compliance.Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams.Represent the company in partner meetings and clearly communicate its role as a brokerage layer, not a lender.Manage CRM data and sales pipeline reporting.Lead B2B negotiations and long sales cycles.
