We connect global technology providers with local customers and partners, supporting market entry, opportunity development, strategic partnerships, tender management and commercial growth across the technology, telecom, defense and security sectors.Capijal is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia’s defense and security sector. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead opportunity development, strategic partnerships and customer engagement for defense-related projects.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWorking model: HybridExperience: Minimum 4 yearsKey responsibilities:Identify and develop business opportunities in the defense and security sectorsBuild and maintain relationships with government entities, defense companies, system integrators and strategic partnersLead commercial discussions and coordinate proposals, tenders and presentationsIdentify localization, partnership and market-entry opportunitiesWork closely with technical teams and international solution partners throughout the sales cycleRepresent Capijal at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry eventsMaintain an active opportunity pipeline and provide regular progress reportsIdeal candidate:At least four years of relevant business-development experience in defense, security, aerospace, military technology or a related fieldA proven track record of developing opportunities and securing business in the sectorStrong knowledge of the Saudi defense and security marketAn established network within the Saudi defense ecosystem is highly preferredExperience with government procurement, tenders and complex solution salesStrong commercial, communication, presentation and negotiation skillsProficiency in both Arabic and English is preferredBased in Riyadh and eligible to work in Saudi Arabia (Saudi or Foreigner)For any other questions please send us an email on info@capijal.com
