You aren't just "finding leads"—you’re owning the strategy.Pipeline Power: Build and manage a strong project pipelineHigh-Value Deals: Manage sales cycles from 5 days to 9 weeks for larger projectsThe Network: Leverage your existing relationships with developers, architects, and project managers across QLD.Internal Synergy: Work closely with our Ops and Project Managers to ensure what you sell is delivered to perfection.What You Bring to the TableThe "Tradie" Edge: Ideally, you’ve been on-site. You understand the "how" and "why" of construction repairs.Property Fluency: If you aren’t a tradie, you’ve spent 10+ years in Property or Real Estate and know the Kingscliff/GC/Brisbane market inside out.The Grind: You’re comfortable with a high-performance environment.
