Team members work closely with clients to understand property-specific requirements and implement consistent, high-performing housekeeping operations.Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role is based in Forest Lake, QLD. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality sector, build and maintain relationships with hotel and property clients, and promote HH Services Hospitality’s staffing and housekeeping solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts in line with company objectives. The role also involves collaborating with operations and staffing teams to ensure service delivery matches client expectations, monitoring account performance, and providing regular sales and pipeline reports to leadership. The Business Development Manager will represent the company at industry events and meetings to strengthen brand presence and drive sustainable growth.Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within hospitality, staffing, or facilities services.Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop effective growth strategies.Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.Organizational and time-management skills, including pipeline management and accurate forecasting.Comfort working with CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic reporting dashboards.Understanding of hotel operations, housekeeping standards, or outsourced services is highly advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Valid work authorization for the role location and willingness to travel locally to client sites as needed.
