This environment provides professionals with opportunities to contribute to a growing insurtech player in the Saudi market.About the RoleBCare Insurance Brokerage Company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Business Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving the company's products and online platform, managing relationships with customers and business partners, and driving the growth of the company's business and market presence.Key Responsibilities• Continuously develop, improve, and monitor the performance of the company's website.• Manage and execute new projects and products from planning through to launch.• Evaluate new products to ensure their readiness and quality before launch.• Participate in preparing and organizing agreements and contracts related to new products.• Coordinate with internal departments (Compliance, Legal, Finance) to fulfill product and contract requirements.• Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and service providers.• Prepare periodic platform performance reports and reports required by regulators (insurance authority).• Lead and develop the team, monitor performance, and identify training needs.Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; a certificate in Insurance Fundamentals is preferred.• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role.• Good knowledge of insurance authority regulations.Required Skills• Leadership and team management skills.• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.• Ability to organize work, manage time, and handle work pressure.• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.• Excellent of English.
