About the Role

KEYMAVENS is seeking an experienced, commercially driven and highly connected Business Development Manager - Real Estate Investments to join its Investment Department. The role is responsible for originating, qualifying and developing high-quality real estate investment opportunities across Dubai and the wider UAE.The ideal candidate combines a strong UAE real estate network, relationship-building ability and the discipline to bring well-qualified opportunities to the Investment Department for further analysis and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Investment Opportunities Across the UAE Network & Relationship Development Joint Ventures & Strategic Partnerships Distressed & Highly Special investment Opportunities Required Experience

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE real estate.
• Proven experience in business development, investment origination, acquisitions, development, brokerage or strategic partnerships.
• Strong and proven existing network within Dubai's real estate industry.
• Demonstrated ability to source off-market and proprietary investment opportunities.
• Experience dealing directly with landowners, developers, HNWI and Family Owned Offices/investors and senior decision-makers.
• Experience with JVs, land transactions, acquisitions, distressed assets or development opportunities is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and development landscape.Qualifications
