About the Role
As our Fleet Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for scaling DiDi’s supply in Argentina by acquiring, expanding, and managing high-value Fleet Partners. This is an individual contributor role (IC) designed for a high-performing B2B Hunter and Strategic Advisor who thrives in volatile markets and leverages data to drive commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full B2B sales cycle: cold prospection, pitch, negotiation, and contract closing with fleet owners.Act as a strategic consultant for fleet partners, analyzing their operational and financial KPIs in Excel/Dashboards to maximize retention and fleet size.Map competitor activity, regulatory frameworks, and market trends across AMBA and Argentina.Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Legal to build sustainable commercial structures adapted to the local economic environment.
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B Commercial, KAM, or Strategic Partnerships experience in Mobility, Rent-a-Car, Automotive, Logistics, or Tech.Proven track record in field sales, hunter proactivity, and high-stakes negotiation in Argentina.Strong Data Literacy: Advanced command of Excel/Google Sheets for business reporting.English fluency (advanced/fluent - professional working proficiency required).Ownership mindset, autonomy, and comfort navigating ambiguity without direct reports.You'll love working at DiDi because...We create user valueWe strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
