Business Development Manager

Reports To: Group General Manager Position OverviewWe are pleased to invite an accomplished leader to take full responsibility for our business Enterprise which includes 4 major division, B2B Pet Products, B2B Stationary Products, E-commerce & FMCG. You will oversee all strategic, operational, and financial aspects of this business vertical, including sales, marketing, product development & operations. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and scale a thriving business with complete autonomy and executive accountability. Key Responsibilities● Develop and execute comprehensive business strategy with revenue growth targets and market expansion plans● Assume complete P&L ownership including revenue optimization, cost management, and profitability enhancement● Lead sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction● Identify market opportunities, manage competitive positioning, and establish pricing and product strategies● Manage division budget, allocate resources strategically, and implement efficiency improvements● Assist preparing financial reports, purchase & Sales forecasts, and performance metrics; ensure regulatory compliance● Build and nurture key partnerships, vendor relationships, and distribution channels● Foster a high-performance culture through talent development, mentoring, and performance management Key Performance Indicators● Revenue Growth, Profitability & Operating Margins, Market Share & Customer Retention● New Product Launch Success, Team Engagement & Retention, Operational Efficiency QualificationsRequired:● Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field● 5+ years of business development or general management experience with P&L accountability● Proven track record of building, scaling, and profitably managing business units● Strong financial acumen, sales excellence, and strategic leadership capabilities● Experience in pet industry preferred, or strong ability to quickly master sector dynamics Preferred:● MBA or advanced business degree● Pet industry is added plus (pet food, pet care, veterinary, pet supplies, retail/distribution)● E-commerce and digital marketing experience; startup or scale-up environment background
