- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات نمو الأعمال والتوسع في السوق العقاري.Develop and implement business growth and expansion strategies within the real estate market.
- البحث عن الفرص الاستثمارية والتجارية الجديدة وتقييمها.Identify and evaluate new business and investment opportunities.
- بناء وتطوير العلاقات والشراكات الاستراتيجية مع العملاء والمستثمرين والجهات ذات العلاقة.Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
- دراسة وتحليل السوق والمنافسين وتحديد فرص النمو.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- تطوير المبادرات التي تساهم في زيادة الإيرادات وتحقيق أهداف الشركة.Develop initiatives that drive revenue growth and support the company’s strategic objectives.
- إعداد العروض والمقترحات التجارية والتفاوض على الاتفاقيات والشراكات.Prepare business proposals and presentations and negotiate agreements and partnerships.المؤهلات والخبرات | Qualifications & Experience:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- خبرة عملية في تطوير الأعمال، ويفضل في القطاع العقاري.Proven experience in business development, preferably within the real estate sector.
- مهارات عالية في التفاوض والتواصل وبناء العلاقات.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
