Business Development Manager

Antal International is collaborating with a leading Facilities Management company in the UAE to hire a Business Development Manager based in Dubai, UAE.The role will focus on driving new business, developing strategic client relationships, and managing opportunities from lead generation through tendering, negotiation, and contract closure.The incumbent must have:A commercially driven Business Development Manager with 5+ years of UAE experience in Facilities Management / FM services, with a proven track record in winning new business and managing key client relationships.Main responsibilities:Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE.Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.Develop and execute targeted BD strategies and sales plans.Manage the full BD lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.Lead RFP/tender submissions, including SOW, KPI and SLA requirements.Coordinate with Operations, Commercial teams, and subcontractors on solutions and submissions.Conduct client meetings, site surveys, presentations, and industry networking.Lead commercial negotiations and support contract renewals.Maintain CRM, sales pipelines, forecasts, and prospect databases.Achieve business development targets and contribute to long-term growth plans.Key requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.5+ years of Business Development / Sales experience within Facilities Management / Integrated FM.Strong knowledge of the UAE FM market and proven B2B business development track record.Experience with tenders, RFPs, contracts, negotiations, SOWs, KPIs, and SLAs.Strong UAE client network and stakeholder relationships.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and commercial skills.Strong CRM, pipeline management, and business planning capabilities.Customer-focused, commercially driven, and results-oriented.Valid UAE Driving Licence is essential.FM-related certifications are an advantage.
