About the RoleThe Business Development Manager will drive commercial growth across the Middle East, developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with airlines, airports, fuel suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners. This is a highly commercial hunter role, focused on opening new doors, developing the regional pipeline, and converting opportunities across aviation fuel filtration and related solutions. The role will also monitor airport developments, fuel-farm projects, infrastructure investments, and emerging opportunities across the region.What You'll DoBusiness Development & SalesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across the Middle East.Build relationships with key decision-makers across airlines, airports, fuel suppliers, and aviation infrastructure.Develop and execute regional sales strategies.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.Lead quotations, tenders, negotiations, and commercial agreements.Achieve regional sales and profitability targets.Partners & Market DevelopmentIdentify, appoint, and manage distributors, agents, and strategic partners.Develop long-term customer and partner relationships.Monitor airport expansions, fuel-farm developments, and new aviation projects.Track market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments.Support regional growth with potential expansion into Africa.Technical & Commercial SupportProvide technical and commercial support around aviation fuel handling and filtration solutions.Deliver customer presentations, product demonstrations, and training.Work closely with internal teams throughout the sales and project delivery process.Maintain accurate CRM, forecasts, and opportunity reporting.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.5–7+ years' experience in business development or sales within aviation, oil & gas, industrial filtration, or a related technical sector.Proven track record of winning new business and developing regional markets.Strong hunter mentality with excellent relationship-building skills.Experience managing distributors, agents, tenders, and complex B2B sales cycles.Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern aviation, airport, fuel, or infrastructure market.Knowledge of aviation fuel systems, filtration, IATA, JIG, or EI standards is advantageous.Fluent English required; Arabic and/or French advantageous.Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East and potentially Africa
