Business Development Manager

To lead the strategic development and expansion of Air freight department. An MBA is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in the freight forwarding industry, with at least 5 years specifically in air freight.Proven track record of developing and growing an air freight department or a significant business unit.Required SkillsExcellent knowledge of air freight market dynamics, regulations, and commercial best practices.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and freight management software.Has a valid UAE driving license
