Apply & track with Apply EdgeWE ARE HIRING | Business Development ManagerPrivate Label Luxury Dress Manufacturing UnitWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our luxury garment manufacturing business.We specialize in private-label luxury dresses and high-end fashion garment production, working with fashion brands, designers, boutiques, and retailers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new B2B clients and private-label business.Build relationships with fashion brands, designers, boutiques, retailers, and international buyers.Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.Handle enquiries, costing, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, production, and quality teams.Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through delivery.Develop new markets and business opportunities.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in garment/apparel sales, fashion manufacturing, private label, or apparel sourcing.Strong B2B sales and business-development skills.Good understanding of garments, fabrics, costing, sampling, and production.Existing contacts with fashion brands, designers, boutiques, or buyers will be a strong advantage.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Target-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded.
