Business Development & Marketing Manager – Global Law Firm

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Salary: Up to SAR 35,000 per month Requirement: Fluent Arabic & EnglishSELECTED RECRUITMENT is partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager for its growing Riyadh operation.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded international firm and play an integral role in supporting its continued growth and client development across Saudi Arabia.The successful candidate will work closely with Partners, senior stakeholders and regional Business Development teams to identify opportunities, strengthen key client relationships and deliver strategic BD and marketing initiatives across the Kingdom.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Business Development and Marketing initiatives across Saudi Arabia- Work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders on client development and growth strategies- Identify new business opportunities, market developments and potential target clients- Manage and coordinate pitches, proposals, credentials and capability statements- Support key client programmes and relationship development initiatives- Coordinate events, sponsorships, seminars and other marketing activities- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making- Work collaboratively with regional and international BD and Marketing teams- Support the firm's wider profile and brand development within the Saudi marketCandidate Requirements- Previous Business Development and/or Marketing experience within a law firm or Professional Services environment- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work closely with Partners and senior leadership- Strong experience across pitches, proposals and client development- Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities- Excellent written communication and presentation skills- Proactive, organised and comfortable operating within a fast-paced international environmentThe OpportunityThis position offers the opportunity to join a globally recognised law firm at an exciting stage of its continued development in Saudi Arabia.The successful candidate will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping Business Development and Marketing activity across the Kingdom.Salary: Up to SAR 35,000 per month, depending on experience.To apply, please submit your CV through LinkedIn or contact SELECTED RECRUITMENT directly for a confidential conversation.Let's Get You #SELECTED
