Location: Dammam, Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Recruitment & Staffing ServicesExperience: Minimum 5 YearsImportant: Only candidates with relevant Staffing/Recruitment/Manpower Supply industry experience in the Saudi market will be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi recruitment and staffing market.Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, market research, and direct client engagement.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand workforce requirements.Present and promote recruitment, manpower supply, executive search, outsourcing, and workforce solutions.Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements in line with client requirements.Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts and successfully close new business.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development, sales, and revenue targets.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up with prospective clients.Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.Manage recruitment and manpower projects sourced through local and international recruitment agencies and partners.Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with overseas recruitment agencies to support bulk hiring and international manpower requirements.Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, opportunities, proposals, and sales activities in the CRM.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of proven Business Development/Sales experience specifically within the Recruitment, Staffing, Manpower Supply, or Workforce Solutions industry.Mandatory experience in the Saudi Arabian recruitment/staffing market.Strong understanding of the Saudi recruitment and manpower supply landscape.Proven track record of generating new clients and closing recruitment/staffing contracts.Existing corporate network in Dammam and the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
