Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, designers and project stakeholders.Identify and generate new business opportunities within the UAE fit-out market.Develop a strong project pipeline through networking, market research and client visits.Identify upcoming interior fit-out projects and participate in relevant tenders and opportunities.Prepare and deliver company presentations and project proposals to prospective clients.Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Commercial and Project teams to prepare competitive proposals.Negotiate commercial terms and support the successful closing of projects.Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.Achieve agreed business development and sales targets.Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.Candidate Requirements:Proven UAE interior fit-out experience is mandatory.Existing network of clients, consultants, architects and contractors in the UAE is an advantage.Strong track record in business development and project acquisition.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Strong knowledge of the UAE interior fit-out and construction market.Target-oriented, proactive and capable of generating new business independently.UAE driving licence is mustSalary + Commission StructureWe offer a competitive salary along with commission based on successful business development and project acquisition.
