Business Development Manager

Job responsibilities:Plan and implement sales projects, business training and other related activities according to the needs of the partnering banks or brokersMaintain close cooperation with partnering banks/brokers and provide professional sales support and excellent serviceProvide relevant business plan on achievement of sales target and product development strategiesJob duties may be adjusted according to the changes in the market and the strategy of the companyRequirement:Degree holder or above in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economic, Statistics or related disciplines5-8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in banking or life insurance broker fieldPossess valid insurance licenses (IIQE Paper I,II,III & V), professional qualifications in insurance (e.g.FLMI) is preferredHave broad understanding of insurance products in both Hong Kong and Mainland China marketsExcellent communication skills; Self-motivated, energetic and can work independently and under pressureProficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
